 1/26/10: The Spasms will be appearing in Chicago, IL on September 13, 2010 to entertain the attendees of the Joanna Briggs Institute's 7th Biennial Joanna Briggs Colloquium. The Joanna Briggs Institute is an International not-for-profit Research and Development Organization specializing in Evidence-Based resources for healthcare professionals in nursing, midwifery, medicine, and allied health. The Spasms are excited to perform for such as diverse and international audience!

Spasms To Perform For FOCUS Conference

1/3/10:  The Laryngospasms are ecstatic about being chosen to perform at the big comedy night that will take place at the 10th Anniversary FOCUS on Respiratory Care & Sleep Medicine Conference this coming May 13-15, 2010 at Disney's Coronado Springs Hotel in Orlando, Florida. We've heard many great things about this conference, especially pertaining to what a fine mix of academia and fun it is every year. Spasms Book The ORNAC 2011 Conference

 12/15/09: The Spasms have confirmed a performance at the Operating Room Nurses Association of Canada (ORNAC) conference for May 10, 2011 in Regina, Saskatchewan. In addition to performing, the Spasms will take part in a panel discussion about the role of the nurse anesthetist, which is a bit controversial in Canada. This event will mark the first time the Spasms have performed outside the continental United States!

Minneapolis Charity Event Booked

11/13/09: The Laryngospasms will be performing at a Minneapolis convention for Mended Hearts, Inc., a group that offers suport to heart patients and their families. The show will be May 19, 2010. We will post the location and time as soon as WE know where we're going....and when! We hope if you're in the area, you'll join us to have a few laughs and help support a great cause!
